Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, HR, or related field.
• Experience designing and facilitating learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
• Experience leading or supporting leadership development programs.
• Experience creating development resources, learning materials, and development frameworks.
• Experience supporting talent review, succession planning, performance management, or career development processes.
• Experience partnering with leaders to identify development needs and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner in design and facilitation of leadership development programs and learning experiences for SSC.
• Assess organizational development needs and recommend learning solutions for evolving and experienced leaders.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve offerings.
