Expect a structured 16‑week rotation with exposure to operations, customer care, merchandising and inventory management. This full‑time program requires a strong commitment to growth and market readiness.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to lead and support the team.
• Provide high levels of customer care.
• Implement merchandising plans to drive store sales.
• Oversee store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities
