Define and advance the enterprise strategy for leadership development, readiness, and workforce growth in partnership with executive leadership and HR.

The role shapes leadership pathways, succession readiness, and scalable solutions to strengthen leaders, teams, and organizational performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; Master’s preferred.
7+ years of progressive experience in leadership/organizational development or related area.
Experience designing leadership strategies, frameworks, and enterprise-wide development initiatives.
Proven ability to partner with executive leaders and key stakeholders to drive capability growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise strategies that strengthen leadership capability and workforce readiness.
Design and maintain leadership development framework, architecture, and roadmap across all leadership levels.
Partner with senior leaders to assess organizational capability needs and align development with priorities.
Lead the design of leadership pathways for emerging, new, experienced, and executive leaders.
Oversee succession readiness, leadership pipeline, and growth initiatives to support future talent needs.
Advise leaders on leadership effectiveness, organizational capability, change readiness, and employee development strategies.
