Job summary

Iowa Select Farms in West Des Moines, IA, is seeking an Employee Relations & Development Manager to coach and develop leaders across 55 counties. The position requires five+ years of HR experience with employee relations, training design, and leadership coaching, and involves travel throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of progressive HR experience with significant employee relations responsibilities.
• Experience coaching leaders through complex workplace situations.
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership or management training.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, workplace investigations, performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build credibility with leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Build leader capability and coach 200+ leaders across the organization.
• Lead leadership development programs and succession planning support.
• Provide consultation on complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Develop and facilitate HR training days and leadership material.
• Manage performance management processes and quarterly feedback cycles.
• Travel throughout Iowa to provide on-site coaching and trainings.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field, or equivalent experience
