Qualifications

• Knowledge of human resources program and system administration
• Awareness of applicable policies, contracts, plan requirements, and compliance obligations
• Experience with vendor, records, data, and transaction management
• Experience with training, communications, and customer support practices

Responsibilities

• Coordinates day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management System, and Tuition Reimbursement Program.
• Maintains system configuration, permissions, records, content, data, and recurring updates and troubleshoots user or process issues.
• Coordinates vendor contracts, invoices, payments, service requirements, and stakeholder communications.
• Develops and delivers citywide orientation, trainings, job aids, training, program communications, and customer support for employees, managers, or participants.
• Facilitates year-round performance management processes, back-end system set up and training.
• Manages required training assignments to ensure compliance.
• Processes and reviews program applications, enrollments, reimbursements, claims, or transactions for compliance with applicable requirements.
• Coordinates meetings, agendas, materials, reports, audits, and board or committee activities associated with assigned programs.
• Researches issues, recommends operational improvements, and participates in cross-functional projects and system initiatives.
• Performs related work as required.
