Qualifications

• Must design and lead on-site leasing and operations training programs.
• Ability to diagnose system and process issues and coach staff accordingly.
• Experience with property management software and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead training sessions to improve leasing skills and on-site operations.
• Develop standardized training materials (manuals, e-learning, videos).
• Coach staff with real-time feedback and role-play scenarios.
• Analyze KPI data to identify performance gaps and tailor coaching or training.
