Job summary

Green Thumb is hiring a Leader in Training (LIT) to join the dispensary leadership team in Maryland. You will rotate through critical functions, gain subject-matter expertise, and fast-track to growth toward Assistant General Manager.

You will supervise daily operations, optimize the customer journey, mentor team members, and ensure compliance across in-store, drive-thru, curbside and delivery. The role emphasizes customer experience and teamwork, with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements.
• Must pass background checks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Understand cannabis laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations and compliance.
• Monitor inventory and communicate action items with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault inventory accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and promotions.
• Demonstrate cash handling and POS processing, including discounts.
