Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive guest satisfaction, sales performance, and store operations.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and guide Teammates while maintaining Buckle’s market-leading presentation and service standards. You will participate in daily sales generation, merchandising execution, and a positive, guest-focused store culture, with responsibilities spanning customer service,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Guests with questions, merchandise, and service needs.
• Recruit and develop Teammates to meet Buckle’s standards on sales, training, and loss prevention.
• Maintain and update visual merchandising standards and weekly checklists.
• Follow POS procedures, exchanges, payments, and security practices; support leadership.
