Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience for Guests.

You will engage with Guests, drive sales, merchandise, and perform store operations under the guidance of the Store Manager and Leadership Team. You will recruit and develop Teammates, maintain visual standards, and demonstrate leadership through daily actions, including coaching, training, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months retail exp may suffice.
• Strong guest service focus and sales aptitude expected.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and apply it in selling.
• Excellent teamwork and communication within a leadership-driven store.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs
• Lead by example with showmanship and outstanding customer service
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure visual standards are followed
• Support leadership in sales generation, operations and guest experience
