Job summary

Food Bank For NYC is seeking a Manager, Leadership Giving to advance its mission of empowering New Yorkers to achieve food security. This role involves managing a portfolio of leadership donors, articulating the organization's mission, and developing personalized strategies for engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, donor relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Food Bank professionally.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 leadership-level donors and prospects.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward leadership-level donors to deepen engagement.
• Support donor qualification and portfolio strategy.
• Collaboratively work across teams to ensure accurate donor data.
