Job summary

The Greater Chicago Food Depository is looking for a Director of Leadership Annual Giving to drive the strategic growth of their fundraising program. You will engage high-capacity donors and manage a team while ensuring a seamless donor experience across channels.

Your responsibilities include setting revenue goals, overseeing fundraising strategies, and collaborating with other teams to enhance donor engagement. The role requires significant experience in fundraising and strong leadership skills, along with proficiency in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Significant fundraising experience with mid-level or major donor programs.
• Excellent communication skills for relationship building with donors.

• Manage a portfolio of high-value donors and prospects.
• Supervise and mentor two Relationship Managers.
