TitleMax in Pulaski, TN is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support customers with financial services and lead daily store operations. You will drive account management, outreach, and risk management while developing leadership skills and promoting growth within our brand family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• 3+ months supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with phones, POS, MS Office, and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process applications and related transactions.
• Complete daily campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining customer service focus.
• Maintain POS data with accuracy and integrity.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
• Occasionally perform duties outside the office including on-site tasks.
• Support leadership in achieving in-store and community goals.
• Ensure store security procedures and cash handling are followed.
• Conduct store audits, prepare reports, and compile financial data.
