Job summary

CCF Family of Brands seeks an Assistant Store Manager at TitleMax in Eastridge, TN. You will support customers with financial needs while gaining hands-on store leadership experience, driving account management, customer outreach, and risk management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday.
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position (standing, lifting up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related tasks.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives.
• Perform duties outside the office, including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Meet performance standards via partnerships and in-store/community events.
• Maintain security protocols and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
• Maintain store appearance and address basic facility needs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership.
• Maintain a full-time schedule including weekends (min 40 hours/week).
