Job summary

TitleMax in Joplin, MO is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations and support customers with financial services. You will drive account management, outreach, and risk management while gaining leadership experience and advancing within a growing brand.

You will train in our structured program, manage a team and ensure compliance with company policies. This role requires a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends, with potential for promotion across the brand family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service to prevent loss.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain full-time in-person attendance with a 40-hour minimum weekly schedule.
