TitleMax in Liberty, MO is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help customers with real financial needs and learn hands-on store leadership. You will drive account management, outreach, and risk management while growing quickly within a company that invests in your future.

Compensation is hourly with a robust benefits package and opportunities to move across the brand network nationwide. Strong candidates will have supervisory experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• 3+ months supervisory/leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing, and ancillary products.
• Lead daily campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining customer service focus.
• Maintain accurate customer information in POS system and provide coaching to staff.
