Job summary

IU Health is seeking an experienced Advisor for Organizational Development and Talent Management to drive team effectiveness across Indiana. You will diagnose organizational needs, design leadership development, and implement career pathing and competency frameworks.

Travel statewide to partner with leaders and deliver impactful programs. You will lead diagnostics, administer assessments, and produce executive-level briefings, with a strong emphasis on coaching, change management, and workforce

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IO psychology, organizational development, or related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in OD, talent management, leadership development, or HR.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives and program management.
• Ability to analyze workforce data and translate findings into recommendations.
• Facilitation experience with leader and team audiences; change management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across IU Health statewide to diagnose organizational and team effectiveness.
• Design and deliver talent management programs (performance, coaching, competencies, career paths).
• Support workforce planning and organizational design as the function evolves.
• Administer and interpret validated assessments and integrate results into development plans.
• Facilitate diagnostics, workshops and structured team interventions.
• Apply change management methods to organizational redesign and transitions.
• Produce executive-ready briefings, recommendations, and presentations for senior leaders.
• Create tools and frameworks enabling leaders to apply organizational effectiveness practices independently.
• Collaborate with culture and engagement while maintaining OD focus; travel across Indiana as needed.
