Job summary

Indiana University Health seeks an Advisor for Organizational Development and Talent Management to drive a strategic, statewide OD function. The role builds job architecture, leadership capability, skills frameworks, and career paths while partnering with leaders to improve workforce effectiveness.

The position travels across Indiana, delivering diagnostics, designing workshops, and coaching leaders to foster a high-performing, patient-centered culture within a large, matrixed system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in I-O psychology, organizational development, leadership, HR, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in OD, Talent Management, Leadership Development, HR or related discipline.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder programs and project management.
• Experience analyzing workforce data and translating findings into actions.
• Facilitation experience with leaders and teams.
• Change management or assessment/coaching credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and teams statewide to diagnose organizational effectiveness and recommend interventions.
• Build and deliver talent management programs including performance, coaching, assessments, and career pathways.
• Support workforce planning and organizational design as the function develops.
• Administer and interpret validated assessments and integrate results into development plans.
• Design and facilitate organizational diagnostics, workshops, and team interventions.
• Apply change management to support redesigns, role and career structure, and transitions.
• Produce executive-level briefings, recommendations, and presentations for senior leaders.
• Create tools and frameworks for leaders and HR to apply OD practices independently.
• Collaborate with culture and engagement while focusing on OD and talent management.
