Job summary

The Learning & Development Consultant at Tampa Electric Company partners with HR and internal teams to design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development and learning solutions that boost leader effectiveness and organizational performance.

Responsibilities include managing programs end-to-end, coordinating with vendors, and building measurement metrics to drive continuous improvement across TECO’s leadership portfolio.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in learning experience design or leadership development.
• Experience designing blended learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage learning programs from planning to evaluation.
• Coordinate with vendors, facilitators, and stakeholders.
• Develop program plans, timelines, and budget tracking.
• Lead delivery of classroom, virtual, and in-person sessions.
• Measure impact with LTEM or similar frameworks.
