Tampa Electric, a TECO Energy company, seeks a Manager of Commercial & Load Management Programs to lead the development, implementation and operations of programs for Commercial and Residential load management. You will drive partnerships, deliver innovations, and guide a team to meet FPSC plans with a data-driven, customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Valid driver’s license for travel to sites and meetings.
• 6 years related experience in the utility, engineering, or business-related field.
• 3 years direct supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of tariff agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in SAP, Intellisource and other software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Project and Copilot AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer program strategies and partnerships.
• Manage budgets and enrollments for programs.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal teams.
• Drive data analytics to measure KPIs and program impact.
• Support policy engagement and regulatory responses.
