Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years in progressively complex procurement functions including contract formation and negotiation.
• Experience with due diligence, risk transfer and strategic sourcing.
• Knowledge of P2P lifecycle and contract management best practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage procurement objectives to ensure effective operations.
• Lead contract formation and negotiation for engineering and services.
• Implement due diligence and compliance processes for vendors.
• Drive digital transformation of procurement processes and data analytics.
• Interface with legal, risk, finance, and other stakeholders to manage contractual risk.
• Maintain professional knowledge and stay current on market trends.
