Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field.
• 5 years of progressive HR business partner experience, preferably in mid/large sized organizations.
• Prior experience with regulated utility industry. Previous labor relations experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and align HR practices with budgets.
• Stakeholder management and relationship building across functions.
• Analytical skills to leverage HR and workforce data for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and managers to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end talent and performance management processes, including coaching and discipline.
• Drive change management initiatives and strengthen team member engagement through proactive communication.
• Manage complex employee and labor relations issues, including investigations and fair conflict resolution.
• Design, implement, and roll out HR programs ensuring policy compliance with laws and CBAs.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to anticipate needs and guide workforce planning.
• Collaborate on HR and cross-functional projects to deliver value-added solutions.
