Tampa Electric Co. is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to design, deliver, and manage leadership development programs across the organization.

You will collaborate with HR partners to identify learning needs, develop blended experiences, and evaluate outcomes to strengthen leadership effectiveness. Reporting to L&O E leadership, you will ensure programs are delivered on time, aligned with priorities, and provide measurable impact while fostering a culture of continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Five years of experience in learning experience design or program management.
• Experience designing blended learning and using design thinking.

Responsibilities

• Manage learning programs from planning to evaluation.
• Design blended learning experiences (eLearning, virtual, in-person).
• Lead delivery of leadership development initiatives and facilitate sessions.
• Develop metrics to measure training effectiveness and impact.
• Coordinate with HR partners and external vendors.
