Job summary

ECG Management Consultants is seeking a Talent Development Manager to design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise-wide talent initiatives. You will strengthen leadership effectiveness, support employee growth and engagement, and improve organizational performance through data-driven learning and talent solutions.

The role requires expertise in leadership development, coaching, facilitation, change management, and people manager training.

Qualifications

8+ years in talent development, learning and development, or related fields.
Experience designing and facilitating leadership development and manager training programs.
Experience in professional services, healthcare, or matrixed organizations.
Coaching leaders and managers across multiple levels.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and group coaching skills.

Responsibilities

Create leadership development learning journeys addressing communication, coaching, feedback, accountability, emotional intelligence, inclusion, and strategic thinking.
Partner with business leaders to identify leadership development needs and align solutions with goals.
Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, behavioral indicators, and business outcomes.
