Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Leadership Development Specialist to manage enterprise frontline leadership programs, delivering engaging virtual and in-person experiences and partnering across regions for consistent trainer-led sessions.

You will lead end-to-end program execution, governance, trainer readiness, and data-driven improvements, collaborating with the Talent Development team and business leaders to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in leadership development or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership development or related experience; or 9+ years in a similar role.
• Experience managing complex learning programs with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of frontline leadership development programs with plans, timelines, and logistics.
• Coordinate regional train-the-trainer sessions while maintaining standardization.
• Establish governance, operating rhythms, updates, and escalation paths for on-track programs.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to meet scope, quality, and delivery expectations.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops and assessments for leaders at multiple levels.
• Create inclusive learning environments and apply learning to real business challenges.
• Adjust facilitation to audience needs and delivery format beyond scripts.
• Support facilitator readiness through training and feedback.
• Build relationships with leaders, HR, sponsors, and regional stakeholders.
• Translate regional needs into practical program and delivery recommendations.
