Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of frontline leadership development programs, including plans, timelines, communications, participant experience, logistics, and risk.
• Coordinate regional train-the-trainer sessions and maintain consistent standards.
• Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person workshops and assessments for leaders at multiple levels.
