Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in leadership development or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership development, learning or talent development.
• Demonstrated success facilitating virtual and in-person learning for leaders.
• Experience working across functions, regions, cultures, and time zones in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of frontline leadership development programs with plans, timelines, and logistics.
• Coordinate regional train-the-trainer sessions while maintaining standards.
• Create governance, updates, and escalation paths for on-time decisions.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to meet scope, quality, and learner experience.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops and practice activities for leaders.
• Build inclusive learning environments and apply insights to real business challenges.
• Support facilitator readiness with guides, observation, and feedback.
• Gather regional needs and translate insights into practical program recommendations.
