Job summary

Community Transit in Everett, WA seeks an internal consultant to advance organizational development through coaching, team facilitation, and leadership program design. You will assess team effectiveness, guide leaders through change, and build a healthy, collaborative workplace aligned with the agency's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Five years of professional experience in organizational development, leadership development, change management, coaching, or a similar field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Knowledge of leadership development techniques and adult learning.
• Experience with program evaluation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop change management strategies aligned with priorities.
• Facilitate team development, strategic planning, and culture-building sessions.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development programs and resources.
• Manage leadership initiatives, including programs, budgets, and vendor partnerships.
• Measure change adoption and effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data.
