Job summary

Penske Talent and Organizational Development is seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to support leadership development initiatives and solutions for leaders across the enterprise. You will design, develop, and facilitate programs, maintain materials, and contribute to needs assessments with cross-functional teams.

The role requires collaboration with program managers and T&OD partners, with onsite presence and a focus on growth, detail, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in OD/HR/I-O Psychology or related field.
• 2+ years in adult learning and development.
• 1 year of virtual and in-person facilitation and presentation.
• 1 year of Instructional Design experience.
• Knowledgeable in Articulate 360 (Storyline 360 and Rise 360).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support program delivery of leadership development initiatives.
• Create and maintain training materials and eLearning modules.
• Assist in needs assessment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Facilitate interactive instructor-led sessions (in-person and virtual).
