Qualifications

Master's degree required.
10 years of Organizational Development experience.
Experience in a complex setting or large-scale organizations.

Responsibilities

Consult with leadership to assess, diagnose, design and implement organization-wide solutions.
Provide confidential leadership coaching to departmental and school leadership.
Lead vendor and consultant oversight and external provider selection.
Facilitate team and organizational retreats, succession planning and new leader assimilation.
Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development to integrate organization learning and talent solutions.
Lead design and delivery of large-scale organizational and talent management initiatives.
