Job summary

Exp Global Inc. in Seattle seeks a Vice President, Transit to lead the Rail and Transit team, delivering major projects across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

You will guide design development, client engagement, and program execution, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to achieve strategic objectives. This senior role requires demonstrated leadership in complex infrastructure, strong governance and risk management, and success delivering design-build programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior leadership in transit/rail/infrastructure projects.
• Professional Engineering or Architecture license preferred.
• Proven delivery of complex infrastructure with design excellence, commercial performance, risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership to multidisciplinary teams and establish clear delivery frameworks.
• Oversee quality assurance, governance, and risk management across projects.
• Lead business development to grow EXP’s transit portfolio and nurture client relationships.
• Represent EXP with public agencies, industry partners, and stakeholders in the regional market.
• Foster collaboration, excellence, and accountability across project teams and staffing.
• Mentor and develop project and technical leaders through coaching and promotion.
• Provide strategic oversight of schedule, budget, risk, and delivery outcomes.
