Job summary

ONE (Open Network Exchange) seeks an experienced Leadership Development Coach to design, develop, and deliver leadership programs across the organization in Scottsdale, AZ. The role partners with the CPO to strengthen leadership capabilities and drive a culture of development.

The ideal candidate is an experienced facilitator with a background in executive coaching, leadership assessment, and program delivery from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–8 years of leadership development or related experience.
• Professional coaching certification required.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs independently.
• Experience using assessments and conducting debriefs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate leadership development programs for managers, directors, and leaders.
• Create program materials: facilitator guides, participant materials, exercises, case studies, leadership tools.
• Provide one-on-one leadership coaching to leaders and high-potential employees.
• Facilitate leadership workshops, retreats, and team development programs.
• Partner with HR and senior leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted solutions.
• Translate assessment results into practical development plans and coaching opportunities.

Brief Description

We are seeking an experienced Leadership Development Coach to partner with the CPO to design, develop, and deliver leadership development programs across the organization. This role will work closely with leaders, and managers to strengthen leadership capabilities, improve team effectiveness, and build a strong leadership development culture.
The ideal candidate is an experienced facilitator and coach with a strong background in leadership development, executive coaching, and leadership assessment. This individual must be able to independently build leadership programs and training materials from concept through delivery and provide credible coaching to leaders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, and facilitate leadership development programs for managers, directors, emerging leaders and employees.
• Build leadership training programs and materials from start to finish, including presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, exercises, case studies, and leadership tools.
• Provide one-on-one leadership and coaching to leaders and high-potential employees.
• Facilitate leadership workshops, retreats, and team development programs.
• Partner with HR and senior leaders to identify leadership capability gaps and develop targeted solutions.
• Develop programs focused on areas such as communication, accountability, coaching and feedback, conflict management, emotional intelligence, performance management, team effectiveness, and change leadership.
• Administer and facilitate debriefs of personality, behavioral, leadership, and/or emotional-intelligence assessments.
• Translate assessment results into practical leadership development plans and coaching opportunities.
• Support talent development, succession planning, high-potential development, and career development initiatives.
• Evaluate leadership programs and use feedback and business outcomes to continuously improve programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Leadership, Education, Adult Learning, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, organizational development, leadership facilitation, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience facilitating leadership development programs for managers and leaders.
• Professional coaching certification from a reputable coaching or leadership-development organization required.
• Experience designing and developing training programs and materials independently from concept through delivery.
• Experience working with personality, behavioral, leadership, or emotional-intelligence assessments and conducting assessment debriefs.
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership presence and the ability to effectively engage and challenge leaders.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning and leadership development principles.
• Ability to translate leadership concepts into practical, business-focused tools and behaviors.
