Kids for the Future in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Leadership Development Coach to partner with the Chief People Officer to design, develop, and deliver leadership programs across the organization.

The ideal candidate will facilitate programs, coach leaders at all levels, translate assessments into development plans, and co-create materials that strengthen leadership capabilities and team effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Organizational Development, Psychology, HR, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in leadership development or executive coaching.
• Professional coaching certification from a reputable organization required.
• Experience designing training programs and materials from concept to delivery.
• Experience with personality/behavioral assessments and debriefs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate leadership development programs for managers and leaders.
• Build materials from start to finish including guides, exercises, and tools.
• Provide one-on-one leadership coaching to leaders and high-potential employees.
• Facilitate leadership workshops, retreats, and team development programs.

We are seeking an experienced Leadership Development Coach to partner with the CPO to design, develop, and deliver leadership development programs across the organization. This role will work closely with leaders, and managers to strengthen leadership capabilities, improve team effectiveness, and build a strong leadership development culture.

The ideal candidate is an experienced facilitator and coach with a strong background in leadership development, executive coaching, and leadership assessment. This individual must be able to independently build leadership programs and training materials from concept through delivery and provide credible coaching to leaders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, and facilitate leadership development programs for managers, directors, emerging leaders and employees.
• Build leadership training programs and materials from start to finish, including presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, exercises, case studies, and leadership tools.
• Provide one-on-one leadership and coaching to leaders and high-potential employees.
• Facilitate leadership workshops, retreats, and team development programs.
• Partner with HR and senior leaders to identify leadership capability gaps and develop targeted solutions.
• Develop programs focused on areas such as communication, accountability, coaching and feedback, conflict management, emotional intelligence, performance management, team effectiveness, and change leadership.
• Administer and facilitate debriefs of personality, behavioral, leadership, and/or emotional-intelligence assessments.
• Translate assessment results into practical leadership development plans and coaching opportunities.
• Support talent development, succession planning, high-potential development, and career development initiatives.
• Evaluate leadership programs and use feedback and business outcomes to continuously improve programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Leadership, Education, Adult Learning, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, organizational development, leadership facilitation, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience facilitating leadership development programs for managers and leaders.
• Professional coaching certification from a reputable coaching or leadership-development organization required.
• Experience designing and developing training programs and materials independently from concept through delivery.
• Experience working with personality, behavioral, leadership, or emotional-intelligence assessments and conducting assessment debriefs.
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership presence and the ability to effectively engage and challenge leaders.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning and leadership development principles.
• Ability to translate leadership concepts into practical, business-focused tools and behaviors.
