Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Memphis seeks a Restaurant Leader to guide and optimize daily operations across Drive Thru, Front Counter/Catering, Culinary, Facilities, Training and Recruiting. You will coach managers and teams to achieve service excellence, maintain food safety, and uphold Chick-fil-A standards.

Directors are responsible for

• Achieving the desired results for a particular area of the restaurant
• Areas Include: Drive Thru, Front Counter/Catering, Culinary, Facilities, Training, and Recruiting.
• Coaching the behaviors and results of all Manager, Assistant Managers, and Team Members

Those behaviors include:

• Attention to detail that ensures preparation and production procedures are followed
• Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
• Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
• Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of your assigned area

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a LEAN production environment
• Encourage, Provide Growth Opportunities and accountability for all Team Members
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and facilities
• Ensure all necessary preventative maintenance and cleaning on a set schedule.

• Work a maximum of fifty hours per week in the restaurant
• Allocate at least two hours per week to planning
