Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Memphis, TN seeks a Restaurant Leader to oversee overall operations across Drive Thru, Front Counter/Catering, Culinary, Facilities, Training, and Recruiting. You will coach managers and team members, maintain food safety standards, and lead a culture of innovation while aligning hiring, training and daily practices with the organization's vision for the year.

• Enthusiastically and passionately lead your team
• Be able to connect with a multicultural team
• Intentionally and methodically grow and nurture relationships with the staff
• Focus on systematically and effectively communicating all related goals and success factors to Team Members

Job description

Directors are responsible for

• Achieving the desired results for a particular area of the restaurant
• Areas Include: Drive Thru, Front Counter/Catering, Culinary, Facilities, Training, and Recruiting.
• Coaching the behaviors and results of all Manager, Assistant Managers, and Team Members

Those behaviors include:

• Attention to detail that ensures preparation and production procedures are followed
• Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
• Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
• Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of your assigned area

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a LEAN production environment
