Buckle in Bloomington is hiring for an on-site Leader in Training / Floor Leader. The role supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team with sales, merchandising, and daily operations to create an exceptional guest experience.

The Leader in Training will engage in coaching, recruiting, and developing Teammates while helping achieve sales goals and maintain store standards at Buckle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and deliver legendary service at the front of the store.
• Perform sales tasks, merchandising, and routine store operations as directed by management.
• Support leadership by working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit teammates.
• Maintain checkout procedures, display standards, and general store upkeep to ensure a positive guest experience.
