Responsibilities include greeting Guests, assisting with displays and registers, training Teammates, and maintaining store standards to deliver an enjoyable shopping experience. This role offers advancement into leadership and rewards performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in cashiering, merchandise display, and store operations.
• Lead by example in sales presentations and guest engagement.
• Help recruit and develop Teammates under Store Management guidance.
• Maintain clean, organized, and shoppable store under Buckle standards.
