Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Bossier City, LA, is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

You will perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks, including cashiering, merchandise displays, register procedures, and ensuring a clean, welcoming store environment. You will help develop sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership while maintaining high standards of guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist Guests in locating merchandise.
• Assist in recruiting and developing Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Support store operations including POS procedures and loss prevention practices.
