Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive guest service and sales excellence in our New Orleans store.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership while performing merchandising and operational tasks. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, demonstrating product knowledge, executing sales presentations, and maintaining visual standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges.
• Lead by example with showmanship and excellent customer service across the store areas.

Education
