Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee Commercial and Residential load management programs.
• Lead data-driven and AI-enabled initiatives to improve participant engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet FPSC approved DSM plans.
