Job summary

Tampa Electric Co. is seeking a Manager of Commercial & Load Management Programs to lead the development, implementation and operation of Commercial and Residential DSM programs in Florida.

You will work with internal partners to conceive and launch innovative programs, while ensuring alignment with FPSC plans and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes leadership of a skilled team, data-driven decision making, and integration with grid modernization projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 6 years of related experience in utility, engineering or business-related field.
• 3 years of direct supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and operations of Commercial and Residential load management programs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to implement new programs and services.
• Use data analytics and customer feedback to improve program effectiveness and engagement.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contract management for program materials and services.
• Coordinate with regulatory engagement to align with FPSC policies and filings.
