NextEra Energy in Lake City, FL is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead field operations for our Customer Service teams working on Demand Side Management (DSM) programs. You will drive contractor oversight, process improvements, and cross-functional partnerships while promoting a Zero Today safety culture.

The role requires 6+ years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Some positions may require extended hours to meet program goals.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience: 6+ years in relevant field.
• Valid driver's license (non-CDL).
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is a plus.
