Job summary

Our client is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Identity & Access Management to own the strategy and execution for identity capabilities across a healthcare environment. You will define a multi-year roadmap, shape an omni-channel identity experience, and turn customer and business needs into clear product plans that reduce friction and improve consistency.

This is a remote, US-based role; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of product management or related experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to define product strategy and manage integrated backlogs.
• Experience using data and customer insights for decision-making.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills across diverse audiences.
