Job summary

Necco seeks a Lead Wraparound Facilitator to oversee the Wraparound Program’s growth and staff supervision across designated offices. The role includes maintaining a client caseload and ensuring high-quality service aligned with program standards.

You will lead development initiatives, monitor outcomes, and act as a liaison with referring agencies, while fostering collaboration and adherence to Wraparound principles to drive program quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Licensed Social Worker or eligibility for WV licensure preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with children and families facing emotional/behavioral challenges.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and expansion of Wraparound Programs.
• Monitor family team progress, outcomes, and program effectiveness.
• Serve as liaison between offices and referring agencies in the region.
• Participate in meetings, planning, and community outreach.
• Ensure safety and quality in daily activities; manage on-call rotation.
