Job summary

NECCO (ED Necco & Associates Inc.) in West Virginia seeks a Wraparound Director to provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for the Wraparound program, ensuring services align with fidelity models and contractual requirements.

You will partner with the State Director and Finance to drive growth, manage budgets, and build relationships with referrals, payers, and community partners while promoting staff development and a culture of high performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a human services related field is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience with children and/or families facing emotional/behavioral health needs.
• Valid driver’s license and 100/300/100 auto insurance coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continued development, growth, and sustainability of the Wraparound program.
• Partner with the State Director to expand services, strengthen referrals, and respond to community needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, community partners, payers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor program census, referrals, service utilization, capacity, and indicators affecting growth.
• Oversee Wraparound program budgets and monitor financial performance against expectations.
• Monitor service delivery and productivity to ensure resource utilization.
• Address billing processes, service authorizations, documentation barriers, and collection rates with Finance.
• Review program trends and data to identify concerns and develop corrective strategies.
• Develop community partnerships and resources supporting children, families, and teams.
• Maintain compliance with Wraparound fidelity requirements and regulatory standards.
• Escalate safety concerns and ensure ethical reporting per policy.
