Necco seeks a Lead Wraparound Facilitator to guide the Wraparound Program, supervise staff, and maintain a client caseload across designated locations. You will ensure services meet program standards and support growth initiatives.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, collaboration with DHHR partnerships, and data-driven improvements to outcomes and overall program quality. Requires a strong background in social services and supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Licensed Social Worker or eligible for WV licensure preferred.
• Minimum 2 years working with children and families facing emotional/behavioral challenges.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wraparound program development and expansion within designated counties.
• Maintain client caseload and ensure high-quality service delivery per standards.
• Monitor family team progress and program outcomes.
• Serve as liaison between offices and referring agencies.
• Participate in team meetings and community outreach.
