Job summary

Cornerstone Youth and Family Services in Louisiana is seeking a Wraparound Supervisor to lead and coach a team of Wraparound Facilitators, ensuring family-driven, strengths-based care with fidelity to wraparound principles.

You will supervise up to 8 facilitators, oversee care coordination, quality assurance, and training, and collaborate with community partners to support multi-system care. Ability to work flexible hours and drive as needed is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in human services, with supervisory experience.
• Expertise in the wraparound model and ability to teach it to others.
• Ability to engage with diverse families and cultures.
• WF supervisor/coach training completion preferred.
• Willingness to provide 24/7 on-call support and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to Wraparound Facilitators.
• Support care coordination and family-driven planning with fidelity to wraparound principles.
• Supervise up to 8 Wraparound Facilitators and monitor documentation quality.
• Review Plans of Care, notes, and narratives; give timely feedback.
• Ensure 30-day initial authorization periods are met and re-authorizations submitted.
• Coordinate with community providers and multi-system partners.
• Oversee staff development, training, and competency assessments.
• Manage administrative tasks including time approvals and referrals.
