Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Workplace Operations Manager to design, build, and scale workplace services across multiple sites in support of rapid manufacturing growth. You will own vendor relationships, budget, and FF&E programs to ensure a smooth, secure, and productive work environment.

The role requires 5+ years in workplace services or facilities, strong vendor management, and the ability to operate at scale with a bias for process and speed in a multi-site manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace services, facilities, or operations.
• Proven vendor management with SLAs.
• Experience with service budgets, PO creation and invoice reconciliation.
• Ability to read construction drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale the workplace services function across multiple sites.
• Own vendor relationships and enforce SLAs; drive fast issue resolution.
• Oversee office fitouts, FF&E, and on-site logistics from planning to delivery.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and develop scalable playbooks and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Director of Workplace Services, People, EHS, Security).
