Hadrian Automation is seeking a Factory Construction Manager who will oversee construction execution and ensure projects meet schedule and budget requirements. This hands-on role requires strong construction management skills and the ability to lead teams in a dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for driving construction progress, maintaining safety and quality standards, and writing daily reports on project status.

Qualifications

• 15 years of construction management experience in capital project execution.
• Direct field ownership of projects with GC or subcontractor oversight.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Drive construction progress in the field according to project schedule.
• Support daily coordination with construction contractors.
• Write daily reports documenting progress and issues.
• Ensure safety programs are implemented in the field.
