Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. We are hiring a Workplace Operations Manager to design, build, and scale the workplace services function across offices and manufacturing sites.

You will own vendor relationships, manage budgets, and ensure a professional, efficient environment for our teams. This leadership role requires 5+ years in workplace services or operations, with strong vendor and FF&E experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace services, facilities, hospitality, or operations.
• Vendor management experience with janitorial, F&B, reception, waste, or similar.
• Experience with service budgets, PO creation and invoice review.
• 2+ years leading teams and/or managing vendor performance.
• Comfort in design/construction meetings and coordinating FF&E.
• Proficiency with MS 365 (Excel) and a CMMS/work-order platform.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor relationships and manage day-to-day performance of outsourced services (janitorial, F&B, reception, waste).
• Enforce SLAs with regular check-ins, site walkthroughs, and performance reviews.
• Source and onboard vendors, support RFPs, contracting and onboarding as services scale.
• Serve as escalation point and drive issues to fast resolution.
• Keep the workplace running—clean, stocked, staffed, guest-ready daily.
• Run the F&B and pantry programs balancing experience with cost.
• Own front-of-house and visitor experience.
• Manage waste and sustainability programs.
• Manage budgets and invoices, flag variances early.
• Create repeatable SOPs and standards; align with cross-functional teams.
