Job summary

Hadrian is building autonomous factories and rapidly expanding across multiple locations. We are hiring a Workplace Operations Manager to design, build, and scale the workplace services function, including offices, security, and FF&E at manufacturing sites.

This role requires 5+ years in workplace services, strong vendor management, and financial ownership. You will partner with the Director of Workplace Services to align operations with Hadrian’s growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace services, facilities, hospitality, or operations, including day-to-day oversight of outsourced services.
• Vendor management: hold service providers accountable to scopes of work and SLAs.
• Financial ownership: experience with service budgets, PO creation and reconciliation, and invoice review against contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor relationships and manage day-to-day performance of outsourced services.
• Set scopes of work, SLAs, and enforce through site walkthroughs and reviews.
• Source and onboard vendors, support RFPs, contracting, and onboarding as services scale across sites.
• Be the escalation point to drive fast resolutions.
